Abstract

There is developed the universal interactive imitating model of functioning of difficult pit transport systems. It reproduces process of transportation of mined rock for all principal views of career transport (automobile, railway, conveyor, auto-conveyor, auto-railway, auto-conveyor-railway) as at their separate, and parallel application.
The software package includes two modules. The first module is used to calculate the parameters of the traffic on the specified routes, with a determined 15 to 22 and the motion parameters of the power plant that can accurately predict the operating characteristics of the machine. The second module allows you to play the functioning of the transport system as a whole career with the interaction of its elements (vehicles, faces, overload, unloading). For all elements are taken into account the probability distribution of the time of failure and the duration of recovery. According to the results modeling generates reports as a whole to work a virtual career and for each element (trucks, trains, conveyor lines, slaughtering, discharge, transfer points).
The model can be used for the decision of a wide range of problems — from an operational administration by mountain-transport complexes, estimations of influence and a choice of parameters mine-transport equipment before long-term forecasting of pit transport systems formation. Universality is reached at the expense of possibility of interactive intervention in modeling process that allows to realize almost any logically consistent algorithm of management mine-transport system. There are resulted short descriptions of program modules for imitation of functioning mine-transport systems with automobile and by rail.
Creation of universal imitating model of pit transport systems functioning allows among other to solve and actual industrial problems of automated management mine-transport processes, in particular, pit of Open Society “Kombinat “Uralasbest”.

The article is made ready on the results of investigations on the UB RAS and SB RAS integration project No. 12-S-5-1015.
