| Abstract | The cathodic protection systems of underground steel water-supply and sewage collectors installed at a number of Polish operations, in particular, at the pulp-and-paper mill in Kvidzyn, at the Orlen oil company (Plotsk) and in Laziska power plant, are described, as well as the project for implementation of a similar system in the supernatant sewer at KGHM plant ZH Rudna, are presented. New methods for corrosion risk diagnostics, with regard to water-supply pipelines, are described, effectiveness of pipelines cathodic protection with application of corrosion diagnostics by means of the resistance method is demonstrated. |
