Abstract | It is investigated the influence of temperature regime of deformation, tempering and aging on structure and properties of large goods from beryllium bronze of responsible purpose. Beryllium bronze by aging is characterised on a level with usual homogeneous, interrupted desintegration resaturated solid. Structure formated in the result of eutectoid interrupted desintegration look like comparatively rough structure of perlite type. Strength properties and plasticity goods from beryllium bronze depends on share of desintegration in structure and is reduced noticeably by it increase. At the same time eutectoid conversion can be eliminate in the case if the temperature of heating of goods before forging will not exceed the temperature of eutectoid conversion. It shows possibility such low temperature heating for successfully realization of forging operation. It is offered the temperature regime of forging, tempe ring and aging of large goods which allow to ensure the set combination of mechanical properties. Heating before forging is recommended to carry out below the temperature of eutectoid conversion and finish of forging by temperature approximately 500 оC. In this case the tempering of goods is carrying out from temperature 800±10 оC (exposure by temperature not less than 1.5 h) in water and aging is carrying out by the temperature 400±10 оC during 2 h. |
