Abstract | During 30 years, the concentrating mill of Erdenet Mining Corporation (Mongolia) has successfully exsploitated the twostage concentration scheme of copper-molybdenum ores. It includes three consecutive conversions: collective cycle, finishing cycle and molybdenum cycle. Considering the manufacturing reconstruction process, one of the landmark components is the formation of the technological schemes with the following substantiation of the scheme of devices` series. The task for the operating manufactures became more complex, because of the adaptation necessity of the developed scheme of the devices` series to the existing production spaces. For example, the schemes of the devices` series are the considerably rigid structures, created for the specific type of the delivered raw materials. At the same time, increasing of the productivity of existing enterprises foreordains the involving of ores, delivered from various parts of ore body, into the synchronous processing. These ores differ by the content of mineral resources, the ratio of primary and secondary minerals, the oxidation level, the slimes content, etc. All these factors provide the creation reasonability of schemes with the increased technological flexibility, which makes it possible to respond rather efficiently on the properties changing of the delivered raw materials. |
