Abstract | This article presents the analysis of the personnel of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. Formation of the dynasties of employees is one of the peculiarities and constant directions of the human resources management of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise. Due to this, the intergenerational continuity become stronger, and the personnel become highly interested in the results of the enterprise's activity. The human resources management and social policy of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise are directed on the formation of the team of high-qualified workers and talented specialists. The governing body of the enterprise tends to follow the balance between the economic and social efficiency, provide the possibilities of the development and career growth for the best employees, and to give the just rating to each employer for the personal contribution to the successes of the enterprise.
