Abstract | In the connection with the reserves` exhausting of apatite and baddeleyte containing technogenic sands, one of the main tasks of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise is the fast industrial development of apatite and shtaffelite deposit. Nowadays, there are being synchronously held the development of the project of ore dressing and processing complex and finishing of the geological and technological additional exploitation of apatite and shtaffelite ores deposit. This article presents the results of laboratory and experimental and industrial researches of optimization of the flotation concentration technology of apatite and shtaffelite ores from the Kovdor deposit. These ores are complex on the material composition and physical and mathematical characteristics. According to the results of tests, the optimized technological scheme and ore preparation and flotation regimes make it possible to obtain the apatite and shtaffelite concentrate with 37,9 % of Р2О5 with extraction of 72,5 % from the initial supply, and iron ore concentrate with 64–65 % of Fecom with extraction of 60,5 % from the initial supply. |
