Abstract | The copper-processing plant “Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex” is the basic object of mineral raw materials processing. Raw materials are delivered from the “Kalkamir” mine and “Saru-Cheku” mine. The plant also processes the coppe-processing plant slags by flotation and gravitational approaches with obtaining the copper and molybdenium concentrates. The most power-intensive redivisions of the plant are bucking, breaking, flotation and tailing sector. According to the significant influence of the consumption of electric power and other energy resources on the production price, there were held the researchings, which were directed on the development of the scientifically based standards of their costs. This operation is need to the definition and realization of engineering and technological and organizational measures on energy intensity decreasing of the basic production processes. |
