Abstract | Two samples of a gold-cooper-molybdenic ore of a Northern Nurkazgan deposit and cooper-porphyritic ore of a Kalmakyr deposit were the basis for carrying out the comparison of crushing results in a high pressure grinding rolls (roller-press) and on the press testing machine. Complex researches established that in terms of grain-size categories, maintenance and selectivity of distribution of Fe, Cu and Zn om the grain-size classes, these disintegration methods give the close results. Likeness of technological signs of products, which were crushed in a roller-press and on a press machine is proven by mineralogical researches. As a result, there have not been installed the essential differences between materials of parallel crushing. It concerns the fracturing; both ore and rock grains; preferential formation of flaws on a surface of minerals intergrowth; increasing of a part of free grains of sulphides in fine classes. Owing to the above, it can be considered, that the simulation of roller-crushing with the help of the press machine is possible and objective. |
