The place and importance of cutters` usage system were determined on the basis of the objective function of mine among the other mine’s systems. The main provisions of cutters` usage system were developed. The scale of system’s efficiency was proposed. This scale provides for five levels based on the dynamics analysis of general and specific mine’s costs for the cutters. The revealed system’s basics made it possible to develop the technology of efficient cutters’ usage. The development of the complex of accounting and management functions is necessary for the arrangement of technology, in the researched process, to the existing functions of usage and accounting of cutters.
Among the 15 important for technology functions, only 5 initial functions are carried out on mines at the present time. The scheme of information flows is shown in this article. This scheme ensures the formation and promotion of the necessary information about the current status of cutters usage on combines, districts and mine in general: from the lowest to the highest levels of mine’s management. The directed rise of efficiency of mine’s cutters` usage is reached due to the formulation of technology on each combine according to the developed algorithm of actions. The reached consistency and manufacturability of the process are conductive to the increasing of efficiency and culture of mining industry.
