Abstract | This article presents an operating system on personnel education on «Severalmaz» Company. Due to this system, which is adapted to the industrial welfare, the current requirements of company in qualified personnel, are constantly covered. Each year, “Severalmaz” Company sends its personnel into the exterior educational institutions: workers are sent to the additional educational programs; managers and inspection specialists are sent to the programs of the preliminary attestation; personnel is also sent to the extension courses and educational seminars. |
