Реферат | In this abstract, there are given the research results of the selective sorption extraction of ions of platinum (IV) and rhodium (III), using the active carbon. It should be noted that the sorption active carbon (AC) allows to take rather selectively platinum ions with it,s separation from the majority of the accompanying metals (Fe, Cu, Cr, Mn, Ni, Co etc.). The initial solution is prepared on the basis of a mix of hydrochloric and nitric acids in the ratio 3:1 (aqua regia), contained (M): Pt (IV) 2.3·10–4; Rh (III) 4.9·10–4; Fe (III) 1.13 and Cl — 5.17. Research of the sorption extraction of platinum ions carried out in a static mode with periodic mixing of a pulp. Pulp density (solid : liquid relation) — 1:15. Duration of a touchdown of phases made from 0,5 to 5 hours, the temperature varied in the range from 9 to 49 oC. Results of the carried-out work testify that the balance in the studied system is reached within 3 hours, the extraction of platinum reaches ~95%, and rhodium <6–7%. Thus, the joint extraction of the iron ions (III) in theese conditions doesn't exceed 3% (concentration of metals in solutions determined by nuclear and issue spectrometry with inductively connected plasma (IMP As). With increase of the temperature in the range of 9–49 oC, the platinum extraction naturally decreases that is sufficiently typical for the sorption-extraction processes. The calculated value of the energy of the activation of this reparation, equals 2,22 kcal/mol. It can testify that the speed of the studied sorption process is limited by the diffusion-controlled restrictions on interfaces of the liquidsolid phase part. |
