The stages of formation and development “Stoilenskiy Mining and Concentrating Plant” joint stock company as one of the largest iron-ore Russian enterprise, have been shown. The prospects of further widening of final products output have been considered. The attainments of enterprise in development of social sphere, rest organization, and medical services for employees and relatives have been presented.
