Abstract | The elastic properties of ceramic materials on the base of SiC—AlN solid solutions are investigated by the resonance ultrasonic spectroscopy (RUS). It is established that with 30 % AlN concentration the modules of elasticity are small overestimated, the damping coefficient is noticeably less and the optimum for the ceramic’s obtaining with the high mechanical properties in the SiC—AlN system is the aluminum nitride composition of (30—50) % weight. |
