Abstract | Crisis of 2008-2009 made the sharp damping of demand on the aluminium. As a result, the prices on this metal decreased. All of this, and also the constantly increasing cost of electricity, necessitated the substantial decreasing of the costs of production. In connection with it, the company management of “RUSAL” set a problem on the decreasing of the process costs before all the enterprises of the Group (Including the “Timan Bauxite” Company). It is necessary to reveal the production reserves and reserves of labor productivity increase for the purpose of the sharp improvement of the technical and economic indicators of the enterprise`s operation. Meanwhile, it is necessary to completely eliminate the industrial injures` incidents and negative ecological impact on the environment. The step-by-step algorithm of the operation analysis and the process optimization is taken for the realization of the given problem. This allowed to expose the bottlenecks of the technological chain and to standardize the 165 basic workplaces in the short terms. As a result of the carried out work, the labor productivity at the enterprise has increased by the 37.9% for the last three years. The cost per unit (for the 1 tone of ore) of the products` output has decreased by the 31%. |
