In the article the concept of the organization of mining of the Ramensky Mining and Concentrating Plant with the use of an innovative approach to the organization and management of an enterprise. In particular, on the example of the introduction of the new concept of management — process-based approach, the author shows the methodology of transformation and change the style of management in the production, with the construction of a new organizational and management structure of the treatment Plant. The main directions of this article is to describe the existing innovations in the field of management of the mining enterprises, show the necessity of using foreign experience and describe the practical application of the innovative approach to the management of the enterprise of the Ramensky Mining and Concentrating Plant. The article says that over the past decade in the practice of a new managerial innovations that changed the organizational paradigm of many enterprises around the world. The main thing in these innovation becomes an active shift in the direction of the consumer.
