Abstract | The major problem is the involvement of the gold mining industry in the commercial operation of refractory gold ores. Processing of gold-, copper-and arsenic-containing ore is a complex technological problem. Among the promising areas of this problem include methods of chlorination. The results of the study process as applied to the copper chloridation auriferous flotation concentrate, extracted from ore deposits Tarorskogo. The optimal process conditions. A basic flow chart of processing concentrate cyanidation including cinder of chloridation. Based on the results of studies recommended by the process flow diagram of the process of flotation processing of gold-copper concentrate is extracted from the ore deposit Tarorskogo, followed by cyanidation of chloridation cinders. The proposed technological scheme will allow for the processing of gold-, copper-and arsenic-containing concentrates with the organization of production facilities in chloridation gold directly at the processing plant. To capture the chlorides of noble and nonferrous metals are recommended or wet electrostatic filters, and for the subsequent extraction of metals from solution — cementation, fractional crystallization or ion exchange. |
