Analysis of the opened joint-stock company “EVRAZ Kachkanarskiy GOK” for 1965–2011 and its current status has shown that during the action period in market conditions, it is reached a defined increase of labour productivity. However, the extensive methods of development are already exhausted. At the same time, up to the personnel rating, there are substantial inner reserves of effectiveness increase and safety of production — up to 36–38%. If they are used, the investment attractiveness of enterprises could be increased and jobsite stability and wagepush can be provided. For this, firstly, it is need to change the organizational and technological way on the enterprise.

Improvement of industrial engineering is holded by an insufficient skill level and personnel motivation. Currently the enterprise is actively working on the staff involving in the process of Organization of production improving: training seminars are conducted, primary tasks of effectiveness increase and safety of production are defined, workgroups for tasks solution are created, organizational mechanism of production development is worked out.

During the enterprise functioning, in market conditions, it is reached a defined increase of labour productivity. At the same time, there are significant reserves of higher productivity of equipment, using of which, provides to increase the investment attractiveness of enterprises, supply the stability of jobsites and wage-push.
