Abstract | Thermodynamical estimation of micro-impurities behaviors during processing new semi-finished products as Konkola Copper Mines Plc coppercobalt alloy, copper cake from Norilsk Nickel Harjavalta, matte from Fortaleza electrical furnace at the enterprises of Kola MMC has been executed. Thermodynamical calculations has been realized using programs complex and FactSage data base. Potential composition of products from melts and value of impurity elements distribution between products at different stages of production in wide temperature interval has been shown. The recommendations about optimal variants of processing described raw materials have been done as a result of calculations. |
