Abstract | Based on the two ore samples composition study (selected from the Amurskoye deposit eastern and western flanks ore material), using microprobe analysis on the basis of scanning electron microscope, similar processing technologies were developed. The processing flow sheet for Western flank lower-grade ore is far more complex. In both cases, concentrates were produced with zinc content over 50%, recovery being: sample 1 — ~82.5 %, sample 2 — ~69.2 %. Contents of all limiting impurities (SiO2, As, Fe, Cu) in concentrate were below the set standards, except mercury content; mercury being isomorphic part of sphalerite composition, sphalerite content was 700 (eastern flank sample) and 1800 (western flank sample) g/t. |
