Abstract | Jaw vibratory crusher jaws' oscillations displacement angle automatic compensation methods are considered. Operating regime stabilization is achieved through electric motors mechanical characteristics parameters variation in accordance with jaws' oscillations controlled phase displacement angle. It was established through experiments, that stabilization system application on the basis of scalar variable-frequency control of one of the motors permits to increase crusher's through-put rate by 87 %. |
