The history of establishment and development of Kirovsky mine — the largest of the four mines, processing apatite-nepheline ores, included in "Apatite" structure, has been realized. The mane stages of ore development, order of improvement of the technique and technology of mining operations have been mentioned. Prospects of further development of manufacture have been considered.
