The results of hold-down and semi-industrial tests of new high-selective magnetic separators, destined for beneficiation of magnetite quartzite in the conditions of Lebedinskiy mining and concentrating plant have been presented. Its implementation in the frame of patented technology of magnetic separation allows to solve the problem of full-stage beneficiation of thin-impregnated magnetite quartzites with consequent development of their scheme of conditional iron-bearing concentrates. It givens possibility not only to improve concentrate qualities, but also to reduce capital and operation expenses during beneficiation of raw materials.
