Abstract
The paper presents relationships allowing to determine possible height of corrugations formed simultaneously during one pass on the base of values of allowable force in the stand of roll forming mill, mechanical properties of used billet and number of these corrugations. Experimental investigations of forming forces for corrugations of different height, using billets with different thickness and of different steels have been conducted. Maximal error is relatively small what makes it possible to apply obtained results in engineering calculations.
