In the beginning of May a regular Review Conference of states-parties to the NPT on the review of its force has started in New York. All the facts indicate that the international community is concerned about the possibility of terrorist attacks involving nuclear material, and, hence, in the coming years the world nuclear market will be regulated by both economic and political means.
