Рассматривается концепция атрибутивного предиката применительно к понятию «отечественное оборудование» в контексте политики импортозамещения. Предложен подход к формализации критериев, позволяющих четко разграничивать отечественную и импортную продукцию, обоснована необходимость создания единой системы оценки степени локализации производства для целей горно-перерабатывающей промышленности.
