Реферат | The problems of the rational functioning of rolling complexes are associated with the formation of performance standards using the proposed clock models of the operation of the main and auxiliary equipment, taking into account the product range. The procedure for constructing technically possible cycles of operation of auxiliary equipment for a specific sheet-rolling shop (methodical heating furnaces, straightening machine, disk and guillotine shears) is considered. In addition, the duration of the preparation of given batches of slabs for heating is substantiated, the cycles of supply from the transport bundle from the stripping section to the heating section to continuous furnaces are determined. A general scheme for the formation of the productivity of a sheet-rolling shop is presented. Fragments of the obtained results of technically possible and normative cycles of operation of the main and auxiliary equipment, as well as the productivity of the workshop are given in tabular form. At the same time, examples of identified "bottlenecks" in production processes are shown. The normative coefficients of difficulty (complexity) for the range of manufactured products are determined on the basis of the productivity standards of the sheetrolling shop. Proposed organizational and technical measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the investigated sheet-rolling shop. The developed optimal modes of reduction in the roughing and finishing stands were implemented according to the product range. Based on the model calculations, it was revealed that the “bottleneck” in the workshop is mainly the finishing stand, which has many technical shortcomings. In this regard, two options for the reconstruction of the replacement of the finishing three-roll stand are proposed, which require capital investments. A comparative assessment of the standard values of technical and economic indicators for two reconstruction options is presented in tabular form, on the basis of which the decision to choose an option is made by the management of the enterprise. |
