Abstract |
The article proposes a method for the parametric synthesis of an elastic damping device installed in the boom suspension mechanism of a mining excavator and equipped with a lever mechanism for transmitting force. It is shown that an effective tool for choosing the parameters of elastic damping devices is the concept of integration of the inverse dynamic problems with the methods of structural mathematical modeling. Representation of the well-known designs of elastic damping devices with a lever mechanism in the form of transfer functions, followed by solving an inverse problem for a given nature of transient processes makes it possible to obtain analytical dependencies that link the physical parameters of the mechanical system with the quality indicators of these processes. Based on the threemass design scheme of the digging mechanism of the excavator, a system of differential equations was obtained and a transition was made to a structural mathematical model of a damping device with regard to the moment of inertia of the boom, the stiffness of the suspension cable and the parameters of the lever mechanism. The procedure for synthesizing the parameters of an elastic damping device with a lever mechanism of force transfer is described, which ensures the limitation of dynamic loads in the digging mechanism, and the results of numerical simulation are presented, confirming the effectiveness of this device and the operability of the proposed synthesis method. The obtained parameters of the elastic damping device and the lever transfer coefficient make it possible to reduce the dynamic loads in the cable of the hoisting mechanism with a significant increase in the damping properties of the mechanical system, which will lead to a reduction in emergency failures, and to an increase in the working life of the boom and dipper of a mining excavator. |
