Abstract |
The results of the analysis of the effect of wear of the main working bodies on the efficiency of the crushing process in a hammer rotary crusher are presented. In the production conditions of the charge preparation section of the agglomeration shop of the Alchevsk Metallurgical Combine LLC "YuGMK", the degree of influence of the limiting technical condition of the wear of the working surface of the hammer strikers, grate grate and jack plate on the degree of crushing of agglomeration fluxes and the relative productivity of the hammer rotary crusher DMRiE 14.5×13 was determined. Based on the results of experimental studies of the crushing process of blast furnace limestone, it was found that after replacing a complete set of hammers, when the wear limit of their working surfaces of the strikers is reached, the degree of crushing of agglomeration fluxes and the relative productivity of the crushing complex increases by an average of 1.7 and 2.3 times, respectively; after replacing a set of grate grates, these indicators increase by 2.1 and 2.5 times, and after replacing the bump plate – by 1.1 and 1.2 times. At the same time, it is noted that the technical condition of the working surface of the impact working bodies and the grate has the greatest impact on the efficiency of the crushing process of the material in the hammer crusher. |
