Abstract | In this paper, the possibility of automatic control of the parameters of the installation of electrocontact cutting is considered by matching the supply of the disk electrode-tool with the electrical cutting modes while maintaining a constant temperature in the cut zone corresponding to the temperature of the beginning of recrystallization of the workpiece material. The introduction of an automatic process control system for electrocontact cutting into the overall production system will significantly reduce the material, energy and labor costs of the process, increase the competitiveness of enterprise products by reducing the consumption of materials, energy and improving the quality of blanks. Criteria for evaluating the efficiency of the electrocontact cutting process are considered, the specific energy consumption is determined by the main one. Reducing the energy consumption can be achieved by improving the control actions, primarily on the supply of the electrode tool, by adjusting the electrical modes. To visualize the arrangement of sensors and mechanisms, a 3D model of a stationary installation of electrocontact cutting was built. An algorithm for automatic control of a stationary installation for electrocontact cutting has been developed. The dependence of the supply of the electrode-tool on the technological parameters of cutting and the thermophysical properties of the metal being processed is presented. The proposed technical solutions will allow you to quickly monitor and analyze the process of electrocontact cutting. |
