The system of cooperation between Nizhniy Tagil Iron and Steel Works (as the major employing enterprise in the city) and municipal administration and other organizations is presented. This cooperation covers economical and social areas, supporting and realization of the programs and project in the fields of culture, medical care and sports. It also includes joint work with municipal education organizations (institutes, colleges, schools and nursery schools), as well as aid and assistance in building and repair works for diff erent social objects.
