Abstract |
Quality control of manufactured products and technological operations in the process of production of railroad wheels is considered as one of the important components of management of products quality. More modern and optimal methods are based on use of statistical methods. Up-to-date approach to building of the system for products quality control is realized; it is aimed on data collection about parameters of manufactured products, their analysis, search of variation sources, their elimination and consequent keeping the process in sustainable state accompanying by permanent control of technological parameters. The requirement of homogeneity that is characterized by the definite allowance, is one of the most important requirements to ne met by the manufactured products in the case of application of high-efficient technological equipment. To provide this homogeneity, systematic control of products quality is required; it can prevent unexpected violation of technological operating procedures of equipment that can lead to mass rejection of products. The main terms and requirements applying to the system of statistical control of production processes are considered and usage of this system in the conditions of wheel and tyre shop at “EVRAZ NTMK” JSC is described. |
