Abstract |
Rare earth metals (REM), Sc content in process solutions, ion-exchange resins and technical production at general technological studies of processing sorption solutions at producing uranium by drillhole in situ leaching is determined. It is shown, that REM do not take by ion-exchange resin AMP, that is used in producing of ammonium polyuranates at JSC “Khiagda” and “Dalur”. The contents of REM in productive and return solutions are equal and take 40–50 mg/dm3. The contents of REM in process solutions, ion-exchange resin and commercial production are below detection limits of used chemical-analytic methods. There is no concentration REM and Sc at general technological studies because it is used ion-exchange resin of anion type on main producing of uranium, and it does not take REM and Sc, which exist mainly in cationic form in productive solutions. It is possible that REM and Sc flow with interstitial water and solutions during transportation of saturated sorbent from sorption to regeneration in revolving technological solutions. The investigations of sorption of Sc and REM from filtrate of sorption uranium by resins of LANXESS, Purolite, and The Dow Chemical Company, produced on an industrial scale nowadays were conducted. These studies gave an opportunity to select prospective kinds of resins for sorption Sc and REM from filtrate of sorption uranium. |
