Abstract | The graphic and logical models of the quality system of foundry technological processes are presented, taking into account the basic principles of qualimetry allowing to estimate management efficiency and to reveal the most weak points of the technological route. It is shown that rise of competitiveness of foundries is connected with reaching of the new casting quality via improvement of casting and foundry technologies just at designing and engineering stages. The rational model of the foundry technological process is built on the base of analysis of the existing quality management models; efficiency of management in this model was determined by a complex quality index. The most exact methods of an assessment of coefficients of ponderability are given. An assessment of efficiency of process of management of competitive foundry technologies is given. Increasing of competitiveness of moulded products is associated with the improvement of foundry technologies. Improvements in foundry technologies affect management functions that include: determination of the links of the stages of production of mold pieces; search for alternative variants of foundry technologies; feasibility study of decisions; adaptation to the conditions of production; preventing of cracks transforming into macro-cracks thus contributing to product reliability. |
