Abstract

The dynamic testing technique of the soft magnetic materials has developed. The technique in accordance with GOST R 51672–2000 is taken as the basic one with additions of sections in compliance with requirements of GOST R 8.563–2009 and GOST R 8.820–2013. Requirements of GOST R 8.820–2013 are applying in development of the methodical documents regulating metrological support of measurements. This standard contains the new approaches coordinated with ISO 9001, now the developed technique includes 15 sections. The dynamic testing technique was approved on the multipurpose MV-MM unit, on two principally different types of the soft magnetic materials: Mn–Zn ferrite 2000 NM and Fe–Ni permalloy 79NM. The MV-MM installation is intended for research of characteristics of soft magnetic materials and their parameters. It allows to take a magnetic hysteresis loop measurements in fields with stress up to 800 A/m with frequencies 10–2000 Hz. Ring samples are demagnetized in alternating field with uniformly decreasing amplitude before determination of all magnetic characteristics, except limit hysteresis loop or its parameters. Rectangular samples don’t demagnetize. The field is created by current in the magnetizing winding of a sample or in the magnetizing device replacing this winding. The carried-out approbation of the dynamic testing technique on the samples of two types of the soft magnetic materials (soft ferrite and permalloy) has confirmed its applicability and has shown expediency of application of the agreed requirements of three above-mentioned standards.
