Abstract | The article is devoted to the description of the solution of one of the tasks of optimization of the production cycle, the purpose of which is to increase the specific productivity of the rolling mill site by means of optimizing the planning of the production task for the operational period. A concrete project for introducing changes in the business process of planning the rolling production utilization, based on a mathematical hypothesis, is presented. The author’s statement of the problem, its mathematical model and the algorithm of automated confi guration of the system output are formulated. In a concise form, the method and results of the economic justification of efficiency are presented, as well as the application expectations from the implementation of the system. The research is in the trend of such a scientific and applied phenomenon as the digital transformation of business, is intended to have a significant impact on the potential economic future of the underlying enterprise. Representations of knowledge about objects in the form of mathematical models are associated with an understanding of the universality of the laws of nature and the existence of an applied need, i.e. Not just opportunities, but also motivation. The author operates with a set of applied data of a real metallurgical enterprise. The work has theoretical and applied elements of novelty, is based on author materials and project management developed in the framework of the corporate program of UMMC. |
