Every day there are the conflicts arising in the enterprises between the workers or departments; it often leads to lowering of productivity. Thereby, it is necessary to have the special persons in the enterprises who can give the workers and their chiefs the effective techniques and feedbacks for acting in the conflict medium and to develop the principles of solving such conflicts.
