The paper is devoted to fi nancing of the European iron and steel enterprises, to the current economical situation in the countries of European Union, to the problems connected with investing contradictions between European economics and Juncker plan (prepared by European Fund for Strategic Investment - EFSI). Brief report about the European Investment Bank is presented. It is concluded that economical medium in Europe have to be improved; that restricted fi nancial resources should be used more efficiently; that European regulation and legislative systems have to be unified and modernized; that Europe has to develop competitive economy (including steel making industry).
