Abstract | This article shows the urgency of dust control in the time of increasing of coal mining intensity. There are given the data about the growth of volume of dust fractions in marketable coal on high-productivity enterprises from 8% in face to 14-21% on mine surface. Considering the port loading terminals, carrying out the significant part of export of Russian coal to the countries of Asian-Pacific region, the part of dust fractions in marketable coal is 21-22%. There are considered the results of application of wet type dust exteractions in mines of «Siberian Coal Energy Company-Kuzbass» JSC. These dust exhaustions are embedded in frontal combines Bucyrus 30МВ and JОY 12CM30. There was experimentally proved the possibility of significant decreasing of dust content levels on combine driver working place from 106–155,4 to 9,7–23,6 mg/m3 (with dust exhaustion). There was practically proved the possibility of removement of up to 90.9% of coal dust from mine atmosphere. There is shown, that efficiency of rock dust aspiration systems is significantly lower, than efficiency of coal dust aspiration systems. Up to 70.5% of rock dust particles are removed during the force exhaust ventilation with dust exhaustion. There was experimentally confirmed the fact of decreasing of methane concentration in development headings for 0,15–0,19 % with inclusion of auxiliary exhausting ventilator of dust exhaustion system. Application of exhaust ventilation system (including ventilator, dust exhaustion and exhausting reinforced pipeline) on Khakasskaya mine («Siberian Coal Energy Company») was considered as a possible method of dust control in development workings. There is shown that application of exhaust ventilation in blind drifts leads to significant decreasing of levels of dust content in atmosphere, the driver working place is situated on the fresh air jet and dust level is decreased by 18.4-20 times. Total mass of dust sedimentation in opening is decreased by 85-91%, which sharply decreases the possibility of dust explosion. |
