Abstract |
Modern technology of concentration of potassium ores is a complex branched system of interconnected and interdependent production stages. According to this, the most important and integral part of designing, construction and exploitation of this technology is an appropriate automated control system on the basis of high-accuracy modern means of automated control and management, using computer engineering and microprocessor-based controllers by optimally developed algorithms. Automated control system unifies all technological production stages of concentration complex. At the same time, there is provided the efficient management of whole ore preparation cycle and concentration of ore mass, delivered to processing, by criteria of minimization of specific costs, realization of given amounts and quality of marketable products. |
