Mass introduction of energy and resource-saving technologies at enterprises of Republic of Belarus is the primary importance problem in modern economic conditions of management. This article gives the basic regulations of Republican energy-saving program for 2011-2015, together with its purposes, tasks, basic directions and expected results from introduction. «Belgorkhimprom» JSC has a unique material and technical base, which includes modern instrument and computer park with required software. This base makes possible to carry out the power investigations on amounts of carried out works (express-investigations (express-audit), instrumental, complex investigations, investigations of technological processes) in comparison with operating standard normative, technical and methodical documentation and taking into account the branch specifics of researched objects. According to results of the carried out research works and carried out energetic researches of objects, there are given the technical and economically substantiated offers on energy-saving, which implementation allows to get the significant economic effect in the area of energy and resource saving.
