Abstract | For the purpose of provision of safety of exploitation of hoist engines and other equipment (head blocks, cages, rope grips and suspension gears) with past service life, the tests of their operating conditions with application of nondestructive control methods are periodically carried out at «Belaruskali» JSC. According to approved methodologies, specialists of laboratory of mining equipment and diagnostic engineering of the sectoral research institute of «Belgorkhimprom» JSC have realized the research of hoist engines and other elements of mine hoisting plants. For the purpose of realization of dynamic control, the automatic monitoring system of equipment was developed, created and implemented at «Belaruskali» JSC by laboratory of mining equipment and diagnostic engineering together with A.V. Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Specialists of laboratory of mining equipment and diagnostic engineering have developed the new type of rolling element guideways, which design peculiarity is width of work surface of rollers and their placing on axis. Results of bench tests have shown that new type of rolling element guideways takes the loads to 25 kN. The pilot batch of new rolling element guideways was installed on the СНМ-35 skip. During one year, industrial testings confirmed high exploitation indices of these guideways. The measurements, which were carried out with automatic monitoring system of equipment, have shown the decreasing of increased efforts on reinforcement from the skips' side (other conditions being equal) by 30% in average (in comparison with application of rolling element guideways with spring bumpers on skip) |
