Abstract | Scheme of movement of concentration products, which makes it possible to increase the content of valuable component in rough concentrate production operation, was developed for the purpose of increasing of efficiency of jigging and concentration processes on tables. Necessity of increasing of the content of extracted components in the head of the process is defined by the dependence between the metal content in initial raw materials, its extraction and quality of concentrate. Laboratory conditions have defined, that during the concentration of copper-sulphide ores, containing 1.5 g/t of gold, the additional amount of 5.12% of gold can be extracted in the “grinding-classification” cycle with application of short-cone hydrocyclones and concentration tables. Total extraction of gold from mill discharging by the scheme “short-cone hydrocyclones jigging of sands of short-cone hydrocyclones regrinding of jigging concentrate concentration on tables” is increased to 9,89 %. Operation of jigging machine with circulation of the part of rough concentrate is the distinctive feature of developed process flowsheet. At the same time, concentration tables operate according to the scheme with jet motion of initial feeding and part of rough concentrate.
