This article tells about the main stages of development and functioning of systems of quality management, ecological management and labour protection and industrial safety control. There are also described the main stages of creation of integrated management system in the area of quality, ecology, labour protection and industrial safety with the area of certification: “Extraction and concentration of ore, manufacturing of Ni, Cu, Co and their compounds, manufacturing of concentrates of precious metals and sulphuric acid”. There are shown the advantages of usage of integrated management system instruments in operation of Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company. The special attention is paid to the construction of the Company's activities on the basis of system and process approach with output of high-quality products, completely meeting the requirements of consumer, with minimal damage for environment and saving of life and health of workers. There are considered the basic principles of management, applied at Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company, including the social responsibility principles on the basis of ISO 26000. This article gives a conclusion about the importance for Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company of having the certificates of conformance of integrated management system to requirements of international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and standard OHSAS 18001, which provides the following:
– positive public opinion about reliability, stability and high level of the Company development;
– respectability, positive image and high status of the Company;
– considerable priority before the compete organizations under otherwise equal conditions.
There is given an information about the successful passing of regular re-certification audit in april, 2013.
