Abstract

Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company is leading production complex of Murmansk Oblast and continuer of the social partnership traditions, which were founded at Severonickel and Pechenganickel combines. One of the most important directions of social policy of Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company is provision of maintenance and promotion of workers' health, which includes the following stages:
— organization of sanatorium-resort therapy and rest for the Company’s workers and members of their families;
— on-the-job sanatorium-resort therapy;
— summer health protection campaign for children.
Increasing of motivation of high-qualified specialists to long-term and efficient operation at the enterprise is a priority of the Company’s social policy (realization of corporate social program “Nash Dom” (Our House)). Providing of the Company's workers and former workers with target material aid in various reality situations is very important for the Company’s social policy. Development of corporate culture belongs to another way of social policy. In complex economical situation, the Company strives to save the social package for its workers at the proper level.
