This article is devoted to operation of the «SITTEC» JSC, which realizes the investment project of titanium coagulant manufacturing on the territory of Ukhta region of Komi Republic. Water purification titanium coagulant is considered as a new way in the sphere of titanium usage. Due to its unique qualities, titanium-based coagulant makes it possible to reach the best indices of purified water. According to this, economic efficiency is reached due to the decreasing of consumptions on the total purification of water. This article describes the aspects of development of Yaregskoe oil-titanium deposit as raw materials base for titanium coagulant obtaining. Author of this article notes that mastering of titanium content of Yaregskoe oil titanium deposit is realized for the first time. The total deposit reserves have not been exploited in industrial scales yet. Realized project of «SITTEC» JSC is aimed at the changing of this situation. This article detaily describes the operations of reconstructed experimentalindustrial concentration plant «SITTEC» JSC on concentration of oil and gas ore for its exploitation in technological chain of titanium coagulant manufacturing. The special attention should be paid to the water preparation, ecology and industrial safety problems as to the basic principles of company operation.
