Abstract | Production cycle of mining enterprise includes various consistent interconnected and interdependent processes. Firstly, efficiency of each process depends on its provision with resources (materials, equipment and personnel), technical and technological equipment and organization level of works, which finally define the costs, productivity, quantity and quality of intermediate «product». Secondly, efficiency of each process depends on the correspondence of the «product» quality of the pro cess, which was carried out before the requirements of the technology of the following process and readiness of operations field. According to this, it is possible to calculate the potential carrying capacity of each process in the short-term period. In other words, it is possible to define the optimal amount of product manufacturing on the basis of current resources and producti vity. Models of calculation of potential carrying capacity of parts (processes) of industrial chain (model of potential) are suitable instrument of production analysis. According to this, these models make it possible to realize such calculations rather quickly. It is necessary to start the mechanism of renovation of calculation of potential carrying capacity of industrial cycle processes on continuing basis for the purpose of increasing of quality of planning and realization of plans, and strengthening of control from realization of developed operations.
