Abstract | The features of forming thermal conditions in mining excavations of deep mines, caused by up-to-date tendency of increase of depth of mining works and appearing difficulties of normalization of micro-climate in mining excavations, are observed. Thermal-physical processes, occurring in the mine atmosphere and rock massif are investigated as well as their influence on forming air micro-climatic parameters in mining excavations. As a result of conducted work, mathematical model of non-stationary conjectured heat exchange between mine air and rock massif is developed and realized as a program; influence of heat radiation from mining equipment and hardening filling mass on forming temperature of mine air is determined. For practical usage of the results of investigations, their programmable realization was done as a nodule of thermal gas dynamic calculation of programming-calculating complex "AeroSet", having suitable graphic interface for building topology of ventilation net, determination of parameters of heat radiation sources as well as thermal physical and aerodynamic calculation parameters. Results of the works allow to solve two basic problems of normalization of micro-climatic conditions: to calculate thermal conditions of deep mines and pits taking into account their special features and to conduct imitation simulation of efficiency of applying mining-technical and thermal-technical measures for regulation of thermal conditions. |
