Abstract | The article presents the history of establishing and stages of development of Yaregskoye oil field, as well as problems and ways of their solution. Crude production development systems used by oil mine management of «Yareganeft» are described. The results of the investigations focused on solution of energy and environmental problems of underground oil extraction development are oriented to energy productivity enhancement (i.e. use of geothermal sources, secondary energy resources and low-grade heat) capacity of which prepossess the enterprise. The article presents the generalized model of reasonable ecologization of production facilities of coal and mining enterprises, similar to specific conditions of oil mine management of «Yareganeft», as well as results of energy inspection of oil mine facilities paying serious attention to matters of energy efficiency enhancement, energy saving, availability of secondary energy resources and solution of environmental problems. The concrete measures for solving problem of creating normal temperature conditions in working area of the mine are proposed. The method of temperature reduction of mine air flow is determined. It was proposed to develop the technology of low-grade heat recovery of mine waste waters, and to use the received heat for heat supply of overground mine complex facilities. With regard to the developed engineering solutions and proposals were filed applications to acquisition of patent on invention in Rospatent of the Russian Federation. The package of energy-saving measures for saving of boiler and furnace fuels, heat and electric energy was developed. |
