Abstract | Conditions for stable phasing of self-synchronizing vibration exciters, installed on cone crusher, are studied. It is noted, that such phasing should not be too sensitive to various imperfections: random spread of vibration exciters' parameters (caused by imprecisions in manufacture and installation), different asynchronous rotational frequencies of driving motors' rotors, effects from crushed material loads variations, as well as supply voltage fluctuation. If such variations lead to a considerable change in phasing, mode of vibration of crusher's working elements changes noticeably, in its turn, causing a crushing process abnormality. It is seen from the analysis of the obtained data, that vibrational link age ratio between self-synchronizing vibration exciters of cone vibratory crusher increases approximately in proportion to unbalanced weights' static moment and forced rotational frequency. |
