In 2014–2015 will be started the completion of the realization of innovation project of large-scale development of the technogenic deposit of apatite and baddeleyte containing close and strongly water bearing sands (wastes from the concentration of multicomponent ores of the main Kovdor deposit, laid in the first field of the tailing dump in 1962–1980). The article considers the basic technical and technological aspects and results of this project realization (1995–2012). There is taken into account the technical-economic, social and economic efficiency of the project realization. This project is rather indicative for Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise and instructive for the mining science and practice in ecological, technical and technological relation.
